Frequently Asked Questions

When can I expect to get my order?

Standard delivery is approximately 48 hours. Tracked 24 delivery will arrive the next working day as long as you have ordered before 12pm. Next day deliveries are not guaranteed but this is the aim by Royal Mail.

How much does the delivery cost?

UK standard delivery is FREE   Express Tracked 24 delivery is £4.95.

Deliveries to Europe are £9.95 and Rest of the World are £14.95.

Which carrier do you use?
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our items.

How Can I Pay For My Order? We accept payment with the following debit and credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa CPC, Maestro, Electron and American Express. You can also pay by Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We charge your credit card once the order is placed. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.

Can I return my order? 
Yes of course although returned products must be unworn and returned within 28 days with tags attached and in their original packaging. Items can be returned for either a refund or an exchange. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund any postage costs incurred by the customer when returning items to us.

We recommend using a recorded/tracked service to return items to us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. For more information please see our delivery/returns information  

There's nothing wrong with the product, I've just changed my mind.
Cooling off period -  You have the right to return the product (in it's original state with all tags attached) within 14 days from receipt of your order and receive a full refund including any standard delivery postage charges that were made at the time of purchase. If you paid extra for express delivery, you will only be refunded the standard delivery charge (£3.00). Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless faulty. 

My item is faulty, what do I do?
Every item we sell is inspected before it is shipped, however occasionaly manufacturing defects may exist or items may be damaged in transit. If on receipt the merchandise is defective or damaged please contact us immediately on 0114 3216114 or email us at hello@sbprosport.co.uk. Should an item need to be returned as it is faulty or defective then we will reimburse your return postage costs.

Can I Cancel My Order?
As long as you are able to contact us before your item has been despatched, then this is not a problem. However, as we are pretty speedy with processing your order, you’ll have to be quick.  Unfortunately, once your order has been despatched we are unable to stop your shipment.

I haven’t received my order, what shall I do?
As we use Royal Mail delivery service, items are not classified as ‘lost’ until they have been missing for 15 working days. For a Special Delivery™ item, the period is 10 days and for an international item it is 30 days. However, please contact us at Hello@SBProSport.co.uk if you haven’t received your product within 5 working days from despatch and we will work with Royal Mail to track down your order. 

How Secure Is My Personal Information?
SBProSport is committed to protecting your privacy. We have taken all the essential measures to make sure that any information you give us, including credit card details, remains private and secure and that your payment and registration information is processed with total confidentiality. I’m not receiving emails from SBProSport, why?
With some systems, our emails have, rather cheekily, been going into Trash or Junk mail.  To ensure that this doesn’t happen (our emails are well worth reading), then you may need to add SBProSport to your safe sender list.

I have a complaint, what should I do?

Oh no, we don't like complaints as we try our very best to keep all our customers happy. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with any part of our service or products please let us know. It is really important that you put your complaint in writing to us at Hello@SBProSport.co.uk so that we can investigate your issue thoroughly and provide you with the best response.

Customer Email Enquiries - Response Time
We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 1 working day where possible.  In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we will respond as soon as we can and definitely no later than 5 days from receipt of your query.
